Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking a Test Analyst / QA Engineer for UAE operations, focusing on Treasury/Wealth domains. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in Software Testing/QA, with mandatory Banking/Financial Services experience and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards, plus API testing and data validation, will be highly valued. The position demands understanding of banking operations and system integrations and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Software Testing / Quality Assurance experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards domain is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Treasury, and/or Cards business processes.
• Good understanding of banking operations and system integrations.
• Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Ability to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools .
• Good understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
• Ability to understand data flows and integrations between systems.
• Exposure to API testing and database validation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and supporting UAT activities.
