Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in hard core sales.
• Good understanding of the DHL Network.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation skills and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL and attend to customer needs professionally.
• Develop a portfolio of prospects and customers and build strong relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries and direct customers to the correct DHL department.
• Develop and implement a personal sales plan and call cycle to maximize growth.
• Monitor performance, loyalty and satisfaction and take corrective actions.
• Establish customer agreements and ensure pricing guidelines are applied.
