Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in hard core sales.
• Good understanding of the DHL Network.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL to customers in a professional manner.
• Develop strong customer rapport with all clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and route to the correct DHL department.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
• Share customer information with the selling team and update systems.
• Promote DHL branding through appearance and conduct.
• Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
• Negotiate and renegotiate prices as volumes change.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a prospects pipeline.
• Grow DHL penetration in the assigned territory.
• Monitor customer performance and take corrective action when needed.
