Job summary

DHL Express UAE is seeking a Field Sales professional to manage and grow an assigned territory, achieving personal sales targets while meeting customer needs. You will act as an ambassador for DHL, build strong customer relationships, and ensure pricing and profitability targets are met.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, maintaining customer data, and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration within the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in hard core sales.
• Good understanding of the DHL Network.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs professionally.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with all customers.
• Follow up on all customer enquiries and direct to the correct DHL department.
• Manage and develop portfolios of prospects and existing customers through strong relationships.
• Share customer-related information with the selling team and in sales systems.
• Promote DHL brand image and values through appearance and behavior.
• Establish customer agreements and ensure pricing guidelines are applied to meet profitability targets.
• Review pricing against actual volumes and renegotiate when there are discrepancies.
• Develop an approach to secure competitors and prospects quickly; build a prospects pipeline.
• Exploit new opportunities to maximize DHL penetration in the territory.
• Develop and implement a personal sales plan and call cycle to grow volumes and profitability.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty, satisfaction; take corrective actions internally or with the customer.
