Job summary

Horizon Emirates Terminals is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance across all equipment and facilities. You will lead the Maintenance team, oversee spare parts inventory, and coordinate with IMS and EHSSQ for safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical systems within terminals or oil & gas environments, with a minimum of eight years in a supervisory capacity and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher diploma preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Terminals/Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Refinery in a supervisory cadre.
• Good organizational and leadership qualities; good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Maintenance Superintendent for routine maintenance activities on Mechanical and E&I equipment.
• Supervises maintenance team to ensure safety and reliability of terminal equipment.
• Coordinates with IMS/HTL guidelines for planning, scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Monitors spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and procurement in collaboration with Maintenance Superintendent.
