Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager in Abu Dhabi to maximize uptime and ensure reliable utilities across all process lines. You will lead a team to implement preventive maintenance, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvements in line with QHSE standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or process improvement.
• Technical Diploma or Engineering degree.
• Experience in managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing availability of machinery and utilities per OEE norms.
• Monitor equipment, advise refurbishment/replacement as required.
• Perform repairs safely and timely.
• Develop and execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Execute PPM and planned work orders as required.
• Identify spares requirements and manage usage.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE requirements and perform root-cause analysis.
• Report breakdowns and root causes to management.
• Lead project implementations with Factory Head within time and cost.
• Vendor development for cost-effective alternatives.
• Train and develop the team for better performance.
