Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Technical Manager to oversee the integrity and performance of assets across five terminals in the UAE. You will manage project scopes, budgets, and contractor relations while ensuring HSE compliance and effective startup/commissioning of new facilities.

With a background in Engineering and 10+ years in oil & gas, you will guide maintenance, process improvements, and compliance initiatives across the enterprise, coordinating with ENOC E&C and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering.
• 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong project management knowledge.
• Familiar with EHS guidelines and ISO 9000.
• Experience with budgeting and purchasing.
• Effective communications and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and projects for five terminals (Jebel Ali and Fujairah).
• Approve project scopes, budgets, and contractor packages.
• Ensure MOC implementation and HSE in projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and ENOC E&C.
• Lead process improvements to raise terminal efficiency and safety.
