Описание: Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Senior Executive Department: Marketing & Communications Reports To: Senior Project Lead - Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open Work arrangement: Full time permanent (4 months contract) Location: Dubai (office), Abu Dhabi (event) This role will provide hands-on project and client servicing support to the Senior Project Lead across an integrated marketing and communications campaign for one of our key clients within the sports and entertainment sector, with a specific focus on the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open WTA tennis event. The Executive will be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the account, from content creation, creative review, copy writing, and imagery selection to media partner coordination and reporting.

• Client Servicing & Project Support: Support the Senior Project Lead in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign, acting as a reliable point of contact on routine account matters.
• Planning & Organisation: Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and status reports, keeping actions, deadlines and deliverables on schedule and flagging risks early.
• Creative Review: Review creative outputs against brand guidelines and campaign objectives, applying a sharp eye for detail and consistency before materials go to the client.
• Imagery Selection: Source, shortlist and select imagery for campaign assets, ensuring choices align with brand tone, event positioning and the tennis audience.
• Content development & copywriting: Assist with content development and copywriting for the EDM campaigns, driving awareness, conversion and product sales.
• Media Partner Delivery: Support the media team in coordinating media partner deliverables, tracking assets and confirming placements are delivered as agreed.
• Ticketing Tracking: Track ticket sales performance across the campaign, maintaining accurate, up-to-date reporting for the wider team.
• Ticketing Platform Liaison: Liaise directly with ticketing platforms and agencies to manage inventory, resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth ticketing operations.
• Website Updates: Liaise with the web team/platforms to keep ticketing links and event information on the website accurate and current.
• Client & Meeting Support: Prepare status reports, meeting notes and client-facing materials that support smooth, professional account servicing.
• Key Results Areas: Accurate, on-time tracking of campaign actions, timelines and ticketing data. High-quality creative and imagery selection that meets brand and campaign standards. Smooth coordination with media and ticketing partners, with no missed deliverables. An accurate, consistently up-to-date campaign website and ticketing information.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a client servicing, marketing or project coordination role, ideally within sports, entertainment or events.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and planning ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, media partners and ticketing platforms.
• A creative eye, with experience or confidence reviewing creative outputs and selecting imagery.
• Genuine sporting knowledge and interest, with a passion for tennis strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Adaptable and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Working understanding of marketing and communications campaign delivery.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and ticketing operations.
• Awareness of the sports and entertainment industry, tennis in particular.
• Basic understanding of website content updates and CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong plus.
