SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Telugu Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality and consistency in AI training projects. In this remote, hourly role, you will ensure Telugu content meets quality standards and provide written feedback.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, native Telugu proficiency, and experience in quality assurance. Strong communication skills in English and a proactive approach in managing remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Telugu proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• 3+ years of professional experience in language review workflows.
• Experience leading remote teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of Telugu items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Communicate updates to trainers and QAs on Discord.
• Create and maintain Telugu project documentation.
