YO IT Consulting is seeking an AI Trainer Lead for a fully remote contract role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will evaluate AI-generated content, guide annotation quality, and contribute to improving next-generation AI systems with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience evaluating or scoring large volumes of content using detailed criteria.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to annotation accuracy.
• Strong critical reading, reasoning, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex rubrics and apply them consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain nuanced quality issues through concise, constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Experience in AI training, machine learning data annotation, content quality assurance, or similar work is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI-generated responses against detailed rubrics and performance criteria.
• Review content for factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning quality, coherence, and completeness.
• Annotate, classify, and categorize datasets used for AI model training and improvement.
• Guide annotation quality and promote consistent application of evaluation standards.
• Identify recurring model errors, quality gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Provide clear and actionable written feedback on AI-generated outputs.
• Interpret complex project instructions and support the refinement of scoring rubrics.
• Conduct critical analysis of subject matter across business, finance, healthcare, marketing, legal, and research domains.
• Maintain accurate records of annotations, scores, observations, and quality findings.
• Collaborate with the customer 's remote team to clarify guidelines and resolve evaluation questions.
• Help ensure assigned work meets accuracy, productivity, and delivery expectations.
• Support quality assurance processes for human-in-the-loop AI training projects.
