SkyWing Real Estate in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time on-site role. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to present the company’s luxury property portfolio and qualify leads for our sales consultants. You will follow up to move prospects through the pipeline and maintain CRM records.

Effective communication, customer service skills, and proficiency with CRM tools are essential. Fluency in English and French is required, and on-site work in Dubai is expected.

Role Description

The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing SkyWing Real Estate’s property portfolio and qualifying leads for sales consultants. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, scheduling viewings, and following up to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Specialist maintains accurate records in CRM systems, responds to inquiries, and provides clear information on pricing, locations, and investment potential. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, meeting call and conversion targets, and contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and telesales skills, with a proven ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt through ongoing training on products, systems, and market trends.
• Previous experience as a Telesales Specialist in the sales field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing client data and reporting.
• Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, handle high call volumes, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
