Qualifications

• Strong sales and telesales skills with ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads.

• Willingness to learn via ongoing training on products, systems, and market trends.
• Experience as a Telesales Specialist is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for data reporting.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• On-site work in Dubai; ability to handle high call volumes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting SkyWing Real Estate’s property portfolio and qualifying leads for sales consultants.
• Understand client requirements, present suitable properties, schedule viewings, and follow up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information on pricing, locations, and investment potential.
• Collaborate with the sales team, meet call and conversion targets, and contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
