Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Promote products and services and support sales conversion.
• Follow up with customers and maintain professional communication.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and elevate matters when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in company systems.
• Assist with the accurate calculation and verification of discounts, commissions, and applicable transaction charges.

Requirements:

Language:

Fluent in Arabic/English (both spoken and written).

Communication Skills:

Strong telephone communication and customer-handling skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and basic computer applications.

Numeracy:

Strong basic mathematical skills for quick and accurate calculations.
