Job summary

Elite HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a confident Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to join a growing team. The role focuses on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to generate and nurture leads, with a target-driven mindset.

Location is Abu Dhabi, UAE. Salary is AED 2,500 per month plus commission. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring at least 1 year of relevant tel emarketing experience and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales.
• Excellent English communication and email-writing skills.
• Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads.
• Identify potential customers through online research and business directories.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and pending quotations.
• Connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
• Maintain lead databases and achieve daily calling targets.
