Job summary

Sky Valley Real Estate LLC, a Dubai-based brokerage, is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive – Real Estate to engage prospective clients, qualify leads and support the sales team. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and a strong sales mindset to hit targets.

Salary starts at AED 2,500 monthly plus performance-based incentives. Freshers with basic Dubai area knowledge are welcome. Must be based in the UAE and able to build client relationships over the phone.

• Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce relevant property opportunities
• Understand client requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule appointments with property advisors
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain accurate call and client records
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Work towards agreed targets and support the team in converting enquiries into sales

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in Dubai Real Estate preferred
• Freshers willing to learn are welcome, provided they have basic knowledge of Dubai areas and property developers
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong sales mindset and a target-driven attitude
• Confident telephone manner and professional etiquette
• Ability to handle objections and build client relationships
• Must currently be based in the UAE
