Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Telesales Agent - Outbound to drive revenue by engaging with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls. You will aim to meet and exceed targets, convert leads into sales, and build strong relationships.

You will manage high-volume calls, nurture a robust pipeline, and stay aligned with product knowledge and sales strategies to improve performance.

As a Telesales Agent - Outbound, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding targets, converting leads into acquisitions, and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Effectively manage outbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
