Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is expanding its outbound telesales team in Dubai. The role focuses on generating revenue through high-volume outbound calls, meeting aggressive targets, and building a strong pipeline by following up on leads and converting them into acquisitions.

You will handle objections, close deals, and maintain detailed CRM records while staying informed on product knowledge and market trends. A dynamic, target-driven environment awaits in the UAE.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

As a Telesales Agent - Outbound, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding targets, converting leads into acquisitions, and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Effectively manage outbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.

• A minimum of a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call center or Customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment, ensuring consistent and sustainable performance.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems.
• Well-versed in handling objections and closing sales effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
