Job summary

The Skin lab in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Female Tele Sales Coordinator to join our clinic, promoting aesthetic treatments and converting inquiries into bookings while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and management to ensure smooth operations; handle calls, WhatsApp and social media inquiries professionally, and follow up with patients pre- and post-treatment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Tele Sales Coordinator with proven sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Present aesthetic treatment packages and promotions professionally.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with patients before and after treatments.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp calls, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Address and resolve patient concerns while maintaining customer service.

Requirements

• Arabic Nationality /native Arabic Speaker is required


• Previous experience as a Tele Sales Coordinator , with a proven record of strong sales performance
