Job summary

Carrot is a leading global fertility and family care platform, delivering care orchestration for millions of members worldwide. We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of registered nurses and clinical staff within our Dubai telemedicine clinic.

You will own scheduling, workflow management, and the EMR configuration, and report on KPIs such as visit volume, wait times, and SLA compliance while coordinating with external staffing vendors.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must have
• 2+ years managing registered nurses or other healthcare professionals
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare or clinical operations
• Hands-on experience working in and configuring an EMR/EHR
• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care operations
• Ability to manage multiple clinical and operational workstreams simultaneously
• Multi-state or compact RN license (preferred)
• Experience managing external staffing vendors or agency networks (preferred)
• Experience in reproductive or hormonal health (preferred)
• Experience building quality assurance programs in a clinical setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of registered nurses and other clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Own scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic
• Serve as the operational owner of Carrot's EMR, including configuration and upkeep of clinical content
• Manage the relationship with external provider staffing vendors
• Support the development and organization of clinical protocols, SOPs, and policies
• Track and report on operational KPIs such as visit volume, wait times, and SLA compliance
