Job summary

Mediclinic Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Fertility Day Care Centre to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service quality and build a referral base for sustainable growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or healthcare management, 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare, and knowledge of revenue cycle management, patient administration and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare.
• Experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration and customer service preferred.
• Experience in managing/working in an IVF centre desirable.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the team.
• Manage all financial processes and practices within the clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development.
• Implement and monitor business development initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
• Optimise the patient experience.
• Ensure efficient and effective operational management of clinic services and functions.
• Manage doctor engagement and relationships to support retention, collaboration and high standards of patient care.
