Job summary

Bicycle Health is seeking a patient support specialist to guide patients through their treatment and recovery, interacting with them by phone, chat, and email to resolve administrative, medication, or service issues.

You will work with clinicians to deliver telehealth care, master tools like the Bicycle Health app, G-suite, Zoom, FreshWorks, and Athena, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidential, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing roles.
• OR 2+ years of experience in care coordination, patient advocacy, or patient-facing healthcare roles.
• OR 1+ years of experience in patient support or clinical support within a telehealth setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer technology and navigating multiple software platforms.
• Access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point-of-contact for patients through their treatment and recovery process
• Deliver patient experience via phone, chat, and email to resolve administrative, medication, or service management issues
• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls continuously throughout the work shift
• Adhere to defined workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality support and maintain clean documentation
• Master technology tools including the Bicycle Health app, G-suite, Zoom, FreshWorks, and Athena
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to deliver telehealth care support
