Job summary

XAD Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced PMO Manager with a strong telecom background to lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic project execution. You will drive end-to-end planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

As the primary client contact, you will manage communications, budgets, and governance frameworks, producing MIS dashboards for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent PM experience.
• PMO and large-scale portfolio management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with PMO governance frameworks and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic execution for telecom projects.
• Support end-to-end telecom project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
• Act as the main client contact and manage communications and expectations.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and support cost optimization.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for rollout and maintenance.
• Identify risks and ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
