Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior telecom network engineer to design, deploy and optimize large-scale voice and data networks. You will ensure reliability and performance across critical infrastructure and coordinate with clients and field teams.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with GSM, LTE, 5G, fiber optics and IP networking, along with CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA certifications and a relevant engineering degree. GCC gulf experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA or equivalent certifications.
• 13+ years hands-on experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting telecom systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain robust telecommunication networks ensuring optimal performance and reliability for voice and data services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless communication for end-users.

Configure and manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission equipment.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and deploy new network infrastructure, considering geographical constraints and client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent demonstrates advanced networking knowledge.

Minimum of 13 years of hands‑on experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting telecommunication systems.

Proven experience working with diverse network technologies, including GSM, LTE, 5G, fiber optics, and IP networking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years (up to 50 for managerial positions with significant Gulf experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience for managerial and senior positions.
