Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for industrial machinery, ensuring safety and project timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 13 years hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and ECAD tools, with Gulf/ADNOC exposure preferred. AED UAE-based position with on-site work in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical design and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar ECAD software.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, or Onshore projects.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years (50 years for managerial positions with significant Gulf experience).
• For managerial and senior positions: minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
