Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Technology Sales Specialist to engage with customers and guide them through evaluating and adopting our infrastructure solutions across networking, security, and AI-enabled data centers.

You will work with Client Managers, Solution Architects and partners to understand business priorities, shape solutions, and support opportunities through the sales lifecycle. A strong foundation in enterprise tech and cross-domain collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing technical sales or presales experience in enterprise technology environments.
• Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies with depth in networking, security, data centre or hybrid cloud.
• Ability to translate customer business and technology requirements into practical solution opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers alongside Client Managers to understand objectives, environments and requirements.
• Identify and develop technology opportunities across networking, security, data centre, SDDC, hybrid cloud and AI infrastructure.
• Position solutions based on customer needs and business outcomes; conduct discovery sessions, workshops and demonstrations.
• Translate requirements into technology solutions with Architects and SMEs as needed; support high-level designs and BOMs.
• Develop technical proposals and contribute to RFP, RFI and RFQ responses; support demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and delivery organisations to validate design, sizing, and performance; assist in opportunity progression.
