Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment and Contract Staffing Agency is seeking a Tech Lead for complex wealth management projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multi-entity implementations, drive solution design workshops, and coordinate vendor teams across regulatory and integration landscapes.

The role requires 10+ years in Banking/Wealth Management and strong experience with Finnova/Incore Sobaco and EU/Swiss setups. A hands-on leader capable of aligning UAE and Swiss stacks is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• 5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking implementations.
• Experience in large scale banking IT programs with multi-vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large scale multi-entity project implementations, preferably wealth projects.
• Drive solution design workshops translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams and drive delivery governance.
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks.
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, and data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, TAX reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource

• Lead & Manage Large Scale and multi entity Project Implementation – preferably wealth projects
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Experience in compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, TAX reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
