Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Lead to drive digital channels initiatives for corporate clients. You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with product, IT and compliance teams to shape the backlog and timelines.

With 8–10 years of agile leadership in digital banking, you will oversee end-to-end data migration, integration projects, and stakeholder communications, delivering measurable improvements in channel usage and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years in a Business Lead role with Agile projects.
• Digital banking and corporate banking product knowledge.
• Delivery experience for Corporate Channels projects.
• Experience with integration projects (SFTP, SWIFT, API).
• Data migration and file format knowledge.
• PM/AGILE certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the digital channels roadmap enabling corporate users for products and services
• Understand and analyze business needs for corporate growth
• Assist in defining the scope for new and existing digital products services and features
• Ensure requirements are clear complete and verifiable
• Gather requirements through various methods like interviews workshops and surveys
• Consult with business SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog using Agile practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders including corporate products operations IT and compliance teams to ensure project requirements deadlines and schedules are met
• Manage channel utilization penetration and reduce dormancy
• Create SOPs user guides training materials for new initiatives and other commercialization activities for successful implementation and turnover to clients
• Collaborate with UX teams for UI UX design and with marketing teams for product promotion and monetization
• Prepare and execute user acceptance tests ensuring high quality during UAT planning and execution
• Identify and improve processes and services
• Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases as needed
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and delegate tasks based on team members strengths and experience
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements
• Prepare status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a Business Lead role that includes Agile projects.Good understanding of digital banking and finance apps in the market.Good understanding of digital developments and customer expectations from digital banking products and services, especially from a corporate banking perspective.Must have experience delivering Corporate Channels projects.Proven experience with corporate banking applications, especially in Cash Management and Host-to-Host productsShould have extensive experience in leading successful Integration projects with Internal and External Applications via SFTP, SWIFT , API etcShould have File conversion and mapping knowledge with In-house and Industry standard file formats.Should have Extensive Client/Business facing experience to work with Sales & Product Managers and convert Business cases into Integration Business requirements.Should have Market standard experience on latest trends on Integration methodologies and apply it as Business practice wherever required.Should have Techno functional knowledge on Data management from various downstream and upstream applicationsShould have working experience in Leading End to End Data migration flowProficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, ClarityProject Management Professional (PMP)/AGILE certification is a plus.Demonstrates negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice, guiding decision-making and seeking cooperation in the delivery of servicesExceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports and proposals
