Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's or PMP/Scrum Master is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles/ IT project management delivering complex digital projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
• Experience with web and mobile applications, CRM systems, and cloud platforms.
• Strong Java development background; ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture to guide development teams on technical matters.
• Exposure to React.js or other modern front-end frameworks is a strong plus.
• Soft skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability.

The Senior Tech Lead/Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Digital Transfer program, a critical initiative aimed at enhancing the company's digital presence and improving customer engagement. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Act as the Tech Lead for the Digital Transferprogram, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budget constraints
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology related risks associated with the program, ensuring proactive resolution of issues
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers and other technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles/ IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital projects
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices.
• Experience with digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, CRM systems, and cloud platforms
• Strong technical background in Java development; ability to understand and lead technical discussions
