Client of Mark Williams in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP specialist to own the Fusion environment, work with business users and an external partner, and drive end-to-end system changes.

Qualified candidates will have 8 years of ERP experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure, deep knowledge in Financials/Procurement/HCM, and hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, data loads and integrations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of ERP experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
• Deep knowledge in Financials, Procurement or HCM.
• Experience with Fusion reporting, OTBI and data integrations.
• Experience supporting a live system post-implementation.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and push for value.

Responsabilités

• Act as the in-house owner of the Oracle Fusion environment with business users and an external partner.
• Triage incoming support requests, analyze recurring problems, and escalate when needed.
• Manage end-to-end system changes: gather requirements, review solutions, coordinate testing, sign-off.
• Review vendor proposals and estimates for value and quality.
• Provide functional guidance across finance, procurement and HR processes.

The role

• Act as the in-house owner of the Oracle Fusion environment working closely with business users and an external support partner
• Triage incoming support requests analyze recurring problems and elevate where needed
• Manage system changes end to end gather requirements review proposed solutions coordinate testing and secure business sign-off
• Review vendor proposals and estimates to ensure value and quality
• Provide functional guidance across finance procurement and or HR processes

Requirements

• 8 years of ERP experience with solid hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure
• Depth in at least one area Financials Procurement or HCM
• Working knowledge of Fusion reporting OTBI BIP configuration approval workflows data loads and integrations
• Experience supporting a live system post-implementation ideally from the client side
• Confidence managing third-party vendors and challenging their recommendations
