Job summary

Marktine is seeking an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant in the United Arab Emirates. You will configure Order Management, Inventory and Procurement, and guide integrations with front-end and third-party systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI reporting, plus leading CRP, SIT and UAT cycles. You will map requirements, design complex fulfilment flows, and prepare BR100, MD050 and test scripts, working with business users and offshore/onshore teams

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 4 years on Oracle FusionCloud SCM.
• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (requirements to go-live).
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement).
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and XSLT mapping.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud updates impact analysis and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops, as-is/to-be mapping and fit-gap analysis for O2C and P2P.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management / DOO, GOP, Pricing, Inventory and Procurement using FSM.
• Design complex fulfilment flows (drop ship, back-to-back, reservations, split shipments).
• Prepare solution documents (BR100, MD050/FDD) and test scripts (TE020).
• Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions, triage defects and ensure go-live readiness.
• Support AMS: incident/problem management, RCA, and SLA-based resolution.
• Build data migration using FBDI/ADFDI and perform data mapping/validation.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (impact analysis, regression testing,

• Use Fusion REST and SOAP APIs (salesOrdersForOrderHub, inventory, procurement, item and customer APIs) to integrate with POS, e-commerce, WMS and legacy order-capture systems.
• Build data migration and bulk loads with FBDI, ADFDI, HDL / HCM extracts where relevant, and ESS jobs, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Write SQL to analyse data, develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, and support BIP-based extracts.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, retries and alerting for integrations, and troubleshoot failures end to end.
• Configure page personalisation, Application Composer / Visual Builder extensions, and role and data security.

Required skills and experience

• 6-8 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 4 years on Oracle FusionCloud SCM.Atleast 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (requirements togo-live), in a client-facing role.

Strong functional knowledge of Order Management / DOO, Inventory, and Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal).

Hands-on OIC development: building integrations, not only writing specs.

Hands-on work with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and XSLT mapping.

Strong SQL, plus BI Publisher and OTBI.FBDI / ADFDI data migration for master and transactional data.

Clear communication with business users, technical teams and offshore / onshore stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, commerce or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with OUM / AIM and Agile delivery.
