Finance Systems Lead - Oracle Fusion

Job summary

Yello is undergoing a finance technology transformation, investing in Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, Payroll and EPM to modernise the enterprise. The role will own the Fusion Financials stack, drive configuration, reporting and integrations, and deliver automation across finance platforms.

The candidate will have 5–10 years in enterprise apps, with at least 3 years in Fusion Financials, and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of enterprise applications experience with evidence of personally building and supporting production solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering configuration, integration and reporting.
• Strong technical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, data migration, security and reporting.
• At least one Oracle Fusion implementation or major upgrade completed through testing, cutover and post-go-live support.

• Own the complete Oracle Fusion landscape, including Financials, HCM, Payroll and EPM.
• Personally configure Fusion Financials, including workflows, security, flexfields, reporting and integrations.
• Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP and file-based interfaces.
• Deliver automation solutions and develop applications using low-code and bespoke technologies where appropriate.
• Act as the technical authority for Finance systems, ensuring robust governance, controls and supportability

• 5-10 years of enterprise applications experience with evidence of personally building and supporting production solutions. We are not looking for programme managers, PMOs or ERP advisers.
• Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering configuration, integration and reporting. Functional consulting experience alone is not sufficient.
• Strong technical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, data migration, security and reporting.
• At least one Oracle Fusion implementation or major upgrade completed through testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
