Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Assistant Manager, ERP to join the IT Applications team. You will own day-to-day operations, triage incidents, and coordinate resolution for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects across Finance, Projects, and Procurement teams.

You will build knowledge, runbooks, and support practices while mentoring juniors. You will coordinate with Oracle and vendors and contribute to continual improvements in ITSM and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP or Oracle Fusion certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects in a live production environment.
• Strong track record in incident, service request, problem, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle Support, managed services, and technical teams.
• Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, approval workflows, roles/security, data reconciliation.
• Hands-on EPM, FCCS, TRCS is an additional advantage; Fusion AI Studio is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own first-line functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects issues.
• Triage incidents and requests by urgency, impact, and SLA priority.
• Investigate issues, gather evidence, and coordinate resolution with Oracle and support partners.
• Keep users and management updated until issues are resolved or stable workarounds are in place.
• Maintain a structured log of open issues, owners, and target closure dates.
• Escalate blockers clearly, with evidence and recommended next steps.
• Prepare root-cause summaries and closure notes for high-impact problems.
• Mentor junior team members and help standardize support responses.
• Support workload during month-end, year-end, and major releases.
• Translate business issues into clear support cases and resolution options.
• Validate fixes with users before closing tickets.
• Support integration issues between Oracle Fusion and Dynamics CRM, Yardi, Unifier, and banking platforms.
• Assist with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) for issue analysis.
