Job summary

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre in Dubai is seeking a Technician (Engineering Painter) to maintain and restore interiors and exteriors to the highest luxury standards. You will complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions, collaborating with Front Office, Security, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure flawless guest experiences across our 5-star properties.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Proficient in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Oracle and related systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with Front Office, Security, F&B and Housekeeping.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of work assignments.

• Be familiar with and comply with relevant Engineering Department policies, processes and procedures.
