Job summary

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre is seeking a Waiter/ress to join Olivine Restaurant within our luxury serviced residence. You will demonstrate knowledge of all menu items, maintain service standards, assist guests, and act as a bridge between kitchen, bar and service areas to ensure smooth dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has higher secondary schooling or hospitality diploma, excellent English, a cheerful guest‑focused disposition, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School certification; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are preferred.
• Cheerful, friendly, and guest-focused personality with flexibility in handling guest requests.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, follow-up, and communication skills with Front Office, Security, F&B, and Housekeeping teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items, F&B service procedures and Jumeirah hygiene standards.
• Recognise customer dissatisfaction promptly and resolve per feedback procedures.
• Knowledgeable of in-house services and local information to assist guests.
• Provide a link between kitchen/bar and service areas with open communication to Production colleagues.
• Ensure service stations are cleared and restocked, identify guest needs including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products or information.

About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ress to joinFood and Beverage (Olivine Restaurant)in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items, F&B Service procedures and Jumeirah Hygiene Standards
• Recognise customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/ complaint procedures
• Knowledgeable of all in-house services as well as local information and be able to assist guests when questioned
• Provide a link between kitchen/bar and service areas, maintaining an open-line of communication with F&B Production colleagues
• Ensure service stations are constantly cleared & re-stocked during service, identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
