Job summary

SKY HIGH HR PROVISION SERVICES-L.L.C-S.P.C in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced NDT Technician to perform non-destructive testing using PCN-certified methods (MPT, DPT, UT, ECT) to detect surface and subsurface flaws. You will interpret results against codes and standards, prepare detailed inspection reports, calibrate and maintain NDT equipment, and ensure compliance with schedules.

Qualifications

• PCN Level 2 certification in at least two NDT methods (e.g., UT, MPT, DPT, VT, or ECT).
• 3–5 years hands-on NDT Technician experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of material science, welding processes, and defect types.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes (ASME, API, BS EN).

Job description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using PCN certified methods like Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Eddy Current Testing (ECT) to detect surface and subsurface flaws.
• Interpret and evaluate NDT test results against applicable codes, standards, and specifications, identifying and documenting any discontinuities.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, clearly outlining findings, methodologies used, and recommendations for further action or acceptance.
• Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with calibration schedules and manufacturer guidelines.

• Possess a valid PCN Level 2 certification in at least two NDT methods ("e.g., UT, MPT, DPT, VT, or ECT").
• Hold a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an NDT Technician in relevant industries such as oil & gas, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Have a strong understanding of material science, welding processes, and common defect types.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and codes ("e.g., ASME, API, BS EN").
