Qualifications

PCN Level 2 certification in at least two NDT methods (e.g., UT, MPT, DPT, VT, or ECT).
3–5 years hands-on NDT Technician experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of material science, welding processes, and defect types.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes (ASME, API, BS EN).

Responsibilities

Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using PCN certified methods (MPT, DPT, UT, ECT) to detect surface and subsurface flaws.
Interpret and evaluate NDT test results against codes, standards, and specifications; document discontinuities.
Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with calibration schedules.
