Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform day-to-day rotating and static maintenance activities, including corrective, overhaul and breakdown work on all mechanical equipment in the designated field. You will review maintenance history, plan spares, and coordinate with engineers to ensure safe, compliant operations.
You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot faults, prepare reports, update MAXIMO records, and support major overhauls and shutdowns.

Carry out day to day Mechanical rotating and static maintenance activates in addition to corrective, overhauland breakdown maintenance activates related to all Mechanical equipment in the assigned field / Area.
Carry out the necessary inspection in order to determine the extent of repair required & prepare inspection, failure & overhaul reports accordingly.
Investigate and troubleshoot the equipment & implement the fault -finding routine and procedures in consultation with Mechanical Engineers and other disciplines when required,
Participate in the major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activates as assigned by Engineer andidentifies spares, special tools & tackles requirements to execute the activity.
Update the maintenance records for all mechanical equipment as per MAXIMO relevant records, Prepare and maintain a variety of records, files, drawings, manual, datasheets, etc. related to the various maintenance activities in a well administrative manner,
Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards,procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition.Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition.

e Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures, modification of functional processes. machinery or equipment.
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices, o Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
o Collect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
Provide input for the preparation of Method statements and initiate Near Miss reports.
Internal o Regular contact with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical, Instrument & Control and Operations teams
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
5 years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
