About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Technican to join Engineering in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah.

The main duties and responsibilities for this role:

To control all technical elements such as sewage, water systems, electrical power systems, buildings, roads, pontoons, pedestals, all lighting systems, pump out systems, access gates, fire protection systems and all other equipment in the marina.

To be responsible for the correctness of the system for forced circulation of seawater, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaner, water tank, parking places, coast, and piers, mounting and other prefabricated facilities.

To organize disposal of dangerous waste with an authorized company.

To organize external services for maintenance of marina infrastructure which cannot be done by marina employees, to support the marina manager with maintenance budgets preparation for the technical department.

To check all marina safety equipment and systems.

To archive project and technical documentation which is required for investments and maintenance.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)

1+ years of experience in the technical department.
