Cignetix Group is seeking a field service technician to install, inspect, test and maintain fire alarm and fire-fighting systems across client sites in the UAE.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, fault troubleshooting on panels and detectors, and ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations. Travel across the UAE is required, with documentation and coordination duties to support site operations.

Formación

• ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fire alarm, fire-fighting, or fire protection system maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with UAE fire and life safety requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm and fire-fighting systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance at client sites.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform necessary repairs on fire alarm panels, detectors, fire pumps, extinguishers, and other fire protection equipment, as applicable.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operational and compliant with relevant safety requirements.
• Attend emergency fault calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and other required documentation after site visits.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and the maintenance team to complete assigned jobs.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures, site safety requirements, and relevant UAE fire and life safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
