Job summary

Join Talent in Dubai is seeking a Talent Partner to lead technical engineering, manufacturing and data-centre infrastructure recruitment on a fixed-term contract, onsite five days a week.

You will source and headhunt candidates, build strong client relationships, use ATS and data to drive decisions, and ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience while protecting the brand and values of Join Talent. Global TA experience and startup/scale-up adaptability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Global talent acquisition experience is critical.
• Experience with ATS and client/project systems.
• Writing updates and analysing relevant business data.
• Aware of market trends and competitors for candidates.
• Upholds company standards on values and ethics.
• Maintains a positive attitude to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project.
• Building relationships with Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable.
• Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines.
• Directly sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates.
• Screening applicants to present a shortlist.
• Talking Hiring Managers through the shortlist of candidates.
• Managing the candidate journey professionally.
