Job summary

Khansaheb Group seeks an experienced facilities manager supervisor to coordinate tradesmen and site teams for daily operations and maintenance tasks. You will ensure work aligns with specifications and PM manuals, acting as first-line supervisor across disciplines on contracts.

Responsibilities include managing resources, safeguarding site safety, conducting QHSE inspections, and maintaining high client satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI with 8 years’ experience in FM field.
• IOSH Supervising Safely or equivalent.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of all elements of FM services (hard & soft).
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• Computer literacy and UAE driving license are required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: drive innovative delivery of products and services to internal and external customers; evaluate subordinates and provide feedback to AFM/FM/SFM.
• Resource Management: allocate personnel, equipment and supplies; ensure site stores have consumables; maintain accurate material registers.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure site safety of technicians/equipment; comply with safety regulations and company policies; participate in emergency procedures.
• Facility Maintenance: conduct QHSE inspections (L10) regularly; ensure timely reporting of inspections and audits; uphold QHSE practices.

Job description

Role Purpose:

The job holder will be primarily responsible for coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and project management manual. First line manager of staff from all disciplines employed on contracts.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Ensure there is a consistent drive for innovative approach in product delivery and services to both internal and external customers. Evaluating sub-ordinates and making recommendations / comments to the AFM/ FM/SFM. Perform technician’s tools audit when and where required .

Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to ensure optimal use. Ensure that the consumables/materials are available in the site stores for maintenance. Preparation and maintenance of accurate registers for materials.

Safety & Compliance: Responsible for safety of the site technicians, equipment, and machineries . Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures.

Facility Maintenance: Conduct QHSE inspections (L10) regularly in line with the QHSE plan. Ensure all QHSE inspection and audit report ing is done in the agreed timeframe . Maintenance of site working practices in accordance with the Company’s QHSE plan.

Customer Satisfaction: Direct liaison with the Client, or Clients ’ Representative wherever necessary . Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Quality Assurance: Reporting, processing any identifying deficiencies or concerns during any phase of the project, in accordance with company quality procedures.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma/ITI with 8 years’ Experience in FM field.
• IOSH Supervising Safely or Equivalent
• At least 4 years’ experience in Supervisory role.
