Job summary

QuantaSim in Dubai seeks a Program Manager - Engineering Training Programs to lead the planning and delivery of customer-focused training that accelerates product adoption and strengthens technical capability in engineering and simulation tools.

You will coordinate end-to-end training initiatives, assess customer needs, collaborate with solution architects and product managers to design high-impact content, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and deliver both in-person and online programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Development, or related technical field.
• BS+10 or MS+8 in a technical project or program management environment.
• Proven experience managing customer training or enablement programs, preferably in engineering software, CAE, or enterprise technology domains.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering product development lifecycles and simulation workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies and functions.
• Familiarity with training management tools, learning platforms (LMS), and project management systems (Zoho, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of customer training and enablement programs aligned with product development objectives.
• Engage with customers to assess training needs, define learning goals, and align them with their engineering and product innovation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts, solution architects, and product managers to design and implement high-impact training content.
• Manage training project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for both in-person and online training programs.
• Oversee the development of customized training modules, hands‑on workshops, and certification programs that showcase real-world application of tools and solutions.
• Serve as the key interface between customer and internal teams to ensure consistent communication and high-quality delivery.
• Track and report program progress, risks, and outcomes; identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer enablement.
• Support the integration of customer feedback into training modules and delivery.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and tools for managing large‑scale training and enablement initiatives.
• Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor on learning and capability development.
