Job summary

Aldar Retail Management is seeking a Specialist - Technical Services to lead HVAC and MEP operations across large-scale retail assets in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee compliance, support tender evaluations, and guide internal teams and contractors on hard and soft FM practices to ensure reliable facility performance.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Engineering and has at least 4 years of experience in technical/operational FM roles within mixed-use developments or shopping malls, demonstrating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
Minimum 4 years in Hard & Soft FM roles.

Responsibilities

Oversee HVAC and other MEP systems and ensure performance.
Review and evaluate hard and soft FM tenders.
Guide internal teams and vendors on Hard FM operations and best practices.
Monitor budgets and asset lifecycle reports.
Ensure health, safety and compliance across assets.
