The role focuses on maintenance projects, CapEx, and engineering/non-engineering works, ensuring technical quality, performance, and compliance.

You will oversee technical teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Emirati with a family book.
• Experience in maintenance projects, facilities CapEx and engineering services.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and technical teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
