Job summary

Sanipex Group is seeking a Technical Service Administrator (Bathrooms) to organize daily operations, assign service cases, and liaise across departments to ensure timely resolutions. You will confirm appointments, manage changes, and track actions while coordinating spare parts and training support. Strong English communication and detail orientation are essential.

You will work with Customer Care and the Qatar team, preparing weekly status reports and ensuring adherence to KPIs and deadlines.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily departmental activities within Technical Services (Bathrooms).
• Ensure new service cases are assigned and scheduled; follow up with technical advisers and other departments to progress cases.
• Confirm customer appointments and manage rescheduling/cancellations; track pending actions.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and deliveries with relevant teams.
• Monitor block stock; liaise with Customer Care and Qatar team.
• Support technician training arrangements and prepare weekly reports on outstanding cases.
• Identify delays and escalate priority issues to the Assistant Manager to ensure timely resolution.
