Junaid Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Coordinator to support our sales, technical, and purchasing operations in the Plumbing & Sanitary sector.

The candidate should excel in technical documentation, CRM/ERP usage, and be familiar with purchasing processes for plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials. Strong coordination and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales coordination or technical documentation.
• CRM & ERP system experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes related to plumbing, sanitary ware and building materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, compliance statements, warranty letters, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients regarding technical requirements and approvals.
• Review and analyze new product specifications and maintain accurate master datasheets.
• Manage technical documentation, product certifications, and project approval records.
• Monitor technical submissions, consultant comments, revisions, and approval status.
• Maintain accurate sales and product records using CRM & ERP systems.
• Assist with purchasing coordination, supplier follow-ups, quotations, and purchase-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and purchasing operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain organized technical and sales records.

Junaid Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to support our sales, technical, and purchasing operations within the Plumbing & Sanitary industry.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical documentation skills, hands-on experience with CRM & ERP systems, and knowledge of purchasing processes related to plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical submittals, product datasheets, compliance statements, warranty letters, and technical documentation. Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in technical sales coordination or technical documentation. CRM & ERP system experience is mandatory. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage. Knowledge of purchasing processes related to plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials. Good understanding of product specifications, technical datasheets, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.

Salary & Benefits

AED 3,500 - 4,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
