Job summary

Viessmann Middle East is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer - Boilers to join our UAE team. You will troubleshoot, commission, maintain, and repair heating and hot water systems, providing on-site and remote support to customers, contractors, and installers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Experience with boilers and hot water systems.
• Experience with steam boilers and heat pump systems preferred.
• Ability to read/interprete technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and product documentation.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support remotely and on-site to customers, contractors, installers, and partners.
• Respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and perform troubleshooting.
• Carry out start-up, commissioning, testing, and handover of installed systems per Viessmann standards.
• Perform service, repair, preventive maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting.
• Manage warranty cases and related service activities.
• Prepare service documentation (site reports, commissioning records, etc.).
• Develop and deliver technical training for contractors, installers, service partners, and customers.
• Assist with spare parts quotations, service proposals, and maintenance offerings.
• Participate in standby and emergency rotations as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe condition.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and self-study.
• Support continuous improvement within Technical Service.
