Job summary

Vital Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to act as the operational right hand to the leadership team, coordinating AV fit-outs and cinema room builds. You will work with client-appointed integrators, designers, and industry partners to ensure seamless coordination and technical oversight across luxury projects.

Required are 2–5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, MEP, AV, or construction, with working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, MEP, AV, or construction environments.
• Ability to read, mark up, and coordinate drawings in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution of AV fit-outs and cinema room builds
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, client-appointed contractors and consultants to manage day-to-day site activity
• Attend site meetings, document progress and ensure alignment with design and acoustic specifications
• Review and interpret technical drawings to verify site readiness and installation details
• Flag and resolve site-level issues to keep projects on time and within scope
• Support documentation BOQs, checklists, and snagging reports for zero-defect handovers
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction
• Ensure installations align with premium brand values and quality expectations
• Maintain CRM and PMS for accurate documentation and communication across teams

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution of AV fit-outs and cinema room builds
• Liaise with internal teams subcontractors client-appointed contractors and consultants to manage day-to-day site activity
• Attend site meetings document progress and ensure alignment with design and acoustic specifications
• Review and interpret technical drawings AutoCAD or similar to verify site readiness and installation details
• Flag and resolve site-level issues to keep projects running on time and within scope

2 5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, MEP, AV, or construction environments. Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read, mark up, and coordinate drawings). Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. UAE driving license and own vehicle (required for site visits). Passion for high-performance AV and design-led spaces is a plus. Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
