Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies in Dubai is seeking a senior digital product leader with 7+ years in IT/Product and 5+ years in a relevant business domain to drive digital commerce initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders, bridge business and engineering teams, refine backlogs, shape technical solutions, and guide digital transformation across automotive, retail, e-commerce or financial services domains. This role offers a strategic impact in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/Product experience with 5+ years in a relevant business domain
• Hands-on experience delivering E-commerce platforms (frontend & backend), platform migrations, feature implementation, and performance optimization
• Strong expertise in system architecture, data architecture, Microsoft Dynamics, POS systems, marketing automation, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of UX, mobile/web development, and technical solution design
• Experience managing or contributing to technology portfolios/programs valued up to $20M

Responsibilities

• Drive product backlog refinement, user story definition, and technical solution design
