Job summary

AIQ, Abu Dhabi-based AI technology provider for the oil & gas sector, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead digital technology initiatives in energy projects.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams, and apply Agile practices to complex deployments. The role demands 12+ years in project management within technology or energy sectors and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology projects for Oil & Gas/Energy.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overall project implementation plans with milestones.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation.
• Manage the project using Agile methodology.
• Coordinate and communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed scope of work with ADNOC stakeholders.
